I’ve often wondered if Armando Montelongo is the the real deal. In other words I wonder if he really walks the walk. Does he really practice what he preaches and flip houses the way it is depicted on the TV show and in his Real Estate courses such as “Flip and Grow Rich”.
To really find the answer to these questions I had to look into Armando’s past.
Armando grew up in San Antonio Texas. I found out that at one point he was so broke that he was living in his in laws garage. This is a far cry from the Hummer driving, Gucci shade wearing, arrogant house flipper that we see on his show “Flip this House” on A & E.
Armando needed money because he had to foot the bills for his child’s health problems. This led him to enter the real estate market. He realized that he could fix up slightly distressed houses and sell them for a a substantial profit. Fast forward a few years and Armando is flipping over 25 houses a month.
He has a hit reality TV on A & E and best selling book call Flip and Grow Rich. Armando is also selling is knowledge to the public in the form of a DVD training set complete with books to study from.
This guy is really doing it big and I have to say that he is the real deal. His company that he runs with his wife Veronica and his brother is a multi million dollar company. If you have a chance to buy his book or Real Estate training program I highly recommend it.
